Tokyo Ghoul: Ken Kaneki Chibi Non-Scale Figure

Bring the darker side of Ken Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul into your collection with this expressive chibi figure. This remastered interpretation compresses Kaneki’s intimidating post-transformation appearance into a compact stylized design without losing the details fans immediately recognize: his shock-white hair, dark battle clothing, mismatched ghoul eye, and the vivid crimson kagune erupting behind him.

Character Lore: Kaneki begins Tokyo Ghoul as an ordinary literature-loving college student whose life is permanently changed after an encounter with Rize Kamishiro leaves him critically injured. After receiving transplanted organs from Rize, he awakens as a human-ghoul hybrid and is forced to survive between two worlds. Viz His white-haired appearance represents one of the most important turning points in the series, emerging after his brutal captivity and torture by Yamori. The softer, hesitant Kaneki gives way to a far colder and more decisive fighter, making this particular look one of the character’s most recognizable forms. Dead by Daylight

Standing approximately 3.9 inches tall, the figure is crafted from PVC / Plastic with deliberately exaggerated chibi proportions: an oversized head, compact body, and short limbs that give Kaneki a cute silhouette while preserving the sinister details of his ghoul form. Thick layers of tousled white hair fall across his forehead, framing the contrasting eye treatment that hints at his identity as a one-eyed ghoul.

The darker outfit keeps the sculpt rooted in Kaneki’s post-transformation aesthetic, while the translucent red kagune sweeping outward behind him gives the small figure a surprisingly aggressive presence. Kaneki’s kagune is a rinkaku type, associated with the organs transplanted from Rize, and its red tentacle-like appearance became one of the defining visual elements of his combat scenes. 週刊ヤングジャンプ公式サイト｜集英社 Against the mostly black-and-white character design, those crimson effects become the visual centerpiece of the entire display.

What makes this model especially fun for collectors is that the presentation is not locked to a single static look. The figure uses articulated joints and interchangeable parts, allowing Kaneki to be repositioned between calmer and more aggressive poses. Research on the matching approximately 3.9-inch model confirms alternate expression parts, Kaneki’s kagune, mask-related parts, and additional posing components. Entertainment Earth This gives the compact figure considerably more personality than a standard fixed chibi sculpt while still keeping the recognizable super-deformed proportions.

The contrast is what really sells it: Kaneki may have been reduced to an adorable chibi scale, but the white hair, ghoul eye, dark clothing, blood-red kagune, and mask-inspired accessories still carry the unmistakable atmosphere of Tokyo Ghoul. Fans can lean into the cuter side of the stylized proportions or arrange him with the more threatening components for a display that better reflects his transformation after Yamori.

Perfect for Ken Kaneki fans, Tokyo Ghoul collectors, anime figure collectors, chibi figure collectors, and dark-fantasy anime displays looking for a compact but customizable representation of one of the series’ most iconic character designs.
