Returns

We only accept returns for unopened, or unworn items within 14 days. A refund would be issued excluding the shipping cost, and customers may be responsible for return shipping. For damaged items during transit, please contact us upon arrival to initiate a replacement or a full refund. Please provide pictures and videos of the damaged item(s), we need it for evidence for our manufacturing partners overseas.

Shipping

Please note that the majority of our products are fulfilled by international suppliers based in China. As a result, delivery times are longer than standard domestic shipping. Orders may take several weeks, and in certain cases up to two months, to arrive depending on the product type, customs processing, and regional shipping delays. We encourage customers to review estimated delivery windows carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these extended shipping timeframes.
