Character Lore: Louisa Richter is the long-serving student council president of Seika Girls’ College and the daughter of the Richter Technology family. Born and raised in Japan to German parents, she is portrayed as intelligent, disciplined, and highly admired by the other students. Her difficult family history left her distrustful of men, adding a more guarded side to a character who otherwise carries herself with confidence and authority.
