We understand many of our customers are collectors, so we inspect products and packaging before shipment whenever applicable.

Some products ship domestically, while others may ship through overseas manufacturing or fulfillment partners. Shipping and handling may take up to 15 business days. Customs clearance, carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances may cause additional delays.

Products are securely packaged; however, outer packaging may experience minor dents, creases, scuffs, or other wear during transit.

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos and/or video of the product and packaging. This documentation may be required by our shipping, manufacturing, or fulfillment partners. Eligible damaged orders may qualify for a replacement or refund.
