This remastered edition captures one of the Twelve Kizuki’s most dangerous fighters in his unmistakable demon form, complete with vivid pink hair, blue body markings, muscular physique, and the intense expression associated with his obsession with strength.

Character Lore: Before becoming Akaza, he was a human named Hakuji, a gifted martial artist whose early life was shaped by poverty, loss, and his desperate attempts to care for his sick father. After finding a new purpose under his martial-arts master Keizo, Hakuji fell in love with Keizo’s daughter Koyuki and planned to marry her. Their deaths at the hands of a rival dojo shattered that future, sending Hakuji into a violent act of revenge before his encounter with Muzan Kibutsuji ultimately transformed him into a demon.

As Upper Rank Three of the Twelve Kizuki, Akaza is driven by an intense desire to reach the pinnacle of martial arts. He respects powerful opponents and seeks challenging battles, a trait central to his deadly confrontation with Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku. Official Demon Slayer material describes Akaza as Upper Three and a fighter relentlessly pursuing the highest level of martial skill.

Standing approximately 11 inches tall, the figure is crafted from PVC and plastic in a normally proportioned upright full-body display. Akaza’s bare, heavily defined torso places his distinctive blue markings on full display, while his loose white martial-arts pants, ankle beads, bare feet, and crimson accents recreate the visual identity that immediately separates him from the other Upper Rank demons.

The sculpt puts strong emphasis on Akaza’s muscular chest, defined abdomen, broad shoulders, powerful arms, and athletic martial-artist build, giving him an imposing shelf presence that fits his reputation as one of the series’ most physically dominant hand-to-hand fighters.

His raised arm and bloodied hand give the display a more threatening edge, while the relatively restrained stance keeps attention on his physique, markings, and expression rather than burying the character beneath an oversized effect piece.

Akaza’s Blood Demon Art: Destructive Death is built around martial arts, while his signature Compass Needle allows him to sense an opponent’s fighting spirit and react with extraordinary precision. The snowflake-like design associated with Compass Needle also carries a tragic connection to Koyuki and his forgotten human past.
