Meet Parra Loph — The Coordinator of Zenpai Association
Zenpai AssociationSome people thrive in chaos.
Parra Loph considers chaos a scheduling problem.
If a team is late...
she knows.
If a shipment is missing...
she knows.
If Sienna Canyon has ignored three radio calls because she decided to:
“figure it out on the way”...
Parra definitely knows.
If Kai En is asleep during an announcement he specifically asked her to repeat...
she knows.
And if Akai has wandered somewhere she absolutely should not be?
Everyone in the building is about to hear about it.
Loudly.
Parra Loph is the woman responsible for keeping Zenpai Association moving when everything around it becomes unpredictable.
Missions.
Deliveries.
Events.
Emergency response.
Cross-world travel.
Field communications.
Combat operations.
Someone has to keep track of all of it.
Unfortunately for everyone else...
Parra takes that responsibility:
very seriously.
Somewhere between organizing impossible missions, coordinating people who refuse to follow instructions normally, and repeatedly asking grown adults why their radios are turned off...
she earned two names almost everyone inside Zenpai Association recognizes.
Scream Queen.
And, perhaps somewhat less affectionately:
Micromanager.
Parra Loph — The Coordinator
Name: Parra Loph
Title: The Coordinator
Alias: Scream Queen, Micromanager
Role: Operations & Field Communications Director
Affiliation: Zenpai Association
Nature: Coordinator / Strategist / Field Commander
Personality: Energetic, organized, protective, demanding, competitive, perfectionistic
Symbolism: Communication, discipline, control, leadership, preparedness
Specialty: Mission Coordination, Battlefield Command, Communications, Emergency Response, Cross-World Operations
Signature Equipment: Command Vox Axe
Primary Ability: Command Resonance
Field Equipment: Tactical Command Visor / Communications Rig
Home: Zenpai Association
Known For: Making absolutely sure everyone hears the plan
Before Zenpai Association
Parra was organizing people long before anyone officially gave her the job.
She had an instinct for seeing structure where everyone else saw confusion.
A blocked route became:
three alternate paths.
A missing team became:
a communication problem.
A delayed delivery became:
a timing issue.
A disaster became:
a list of priorities.
Where other people froze under pressure...
Parra started assigning tasks.
She spent years working around dangerous environments where poor communication could turn a manageable situation into catastrophe.
Her reputation grew because of one simple fact:
When Parra took control of an operation, people usually made it home.
She planned aggressively.
She checked everything twice.
She asked questions other people considered unnecessary.
Then she asked follow-up questions about their answers.
And she had absolutely no patience for the phrase:
“We’ll figure it out when we get there.”
To Parra...
that was not a strategy.
It was an admission that somebody had failed to make one.
The Voice That Carries
Even before Parra began using specialized equipment, people noticed something unusual about her voice.
It carried.
Farther than it should have.
Across open ground.
Through machinery.
Over crowds.
Through storms.
Even through environments where radios became unreliable.
When Parra needed someone’s attention...
she got it.
That natural ability eventually developed into something far more unusual.
Command Resonance
Parra’s voice carries an energetic force tied directly to intent.
When she speaks casually...
nothing happens.
Usually.
But when she gives a genuine:
command,
warning,
rallying cry,
or emergency call...
that intent amplifies through her voice.
The result can influence both people and the environment around her.
Which means Parra Loph possesses one of the few abilities where:
yelling louder
can actually be a tactical solution.
She considers this vindicating.
Command Resonance
Over time, Parra learned to control several applications of her ability.
Rally
A focused command that sharpens the attention of nearby allies.
Panic settles.
Focus returns.
Teams begin moving together again.
Parra does not simply make someone physically stronger.
She helps cut through:
confusion,
hesitation,
fear,
and mental overload.
According to Parra...
remembering what you are supposed to be doing is usually:
half the battle.
Disrupt
A sharp burst of Resonance capable of breaking an opponent’s concentration.
The effect can interrupt:
spellcasting,
coordination,
aim,
communication,
or complex techniques requiring focus.
Useful when somebody needs a very immediate reason to stop what they are doing.
Pulse
A significantly stronger release of Command Resonance.
Pulse converts Parra’s voice into a concussive wave capable of physically pushing targets back.
Parra prefers not to use Pulse indoors.
There are reasons.
Operations maintenance has asked her not to discuss those reasons publicly.
Parra believes they are:
exaggerating.
Operations maintenance strongly disagrees.
Broadcast
Broadcast allows Parra’s voice to travel across:
extreme distances,
unstable environments,
heavy interference,
large battlefields,
and areas where normal communications have begun failing.
If a radio cannot reach you...
Parra probably can.
Whether you wanted her to or not.
Override
One of Parra’s strangest techniques.
With enough concentration, she can force Command Resonance through:
electronic interference,
magical disruption,
spiritual noise,
dimensional instability,
and other forms of communication failure.
The connection may last only seconds.
Usually...
that is enough.
Parra has never needed very long to tell someone exactly what they are doing wrong.
From Megaphone to Weapon
For years, Parra relied on one of Zenpai Association’s most recognizable pieces of equipment:
The ZA Command Megaphone.
The device helped focus Command Resonance.
It narrowed her broadcast direction.
Extended communication range.
Controlled amplification.
And prevented one angry order from accidentally affecting everyone standing nearby.
It worked.
Very well.
There was only one problem.
Eventually...
the battles became closer.
The Field Commander Problem
Parra was never supposed to be the team’s primary fighter.
Sienna handles direct physical confrontation.
Kai handles infiltration.
Akai supports the team.
Vivienne analyzes the threat.
Parra:
commands.
But commanding from the field creates an obvious problem.
Sometimes the field:
fights back.
Enemies close distance.
Communication lines collapse.
Positions become compromised.
And occasionally...
someone decides attacking the person giving everyone else instructions is a very intelligent idea.
Parra agreed.
It was intelligent.
She simply wanted them to regret it.
Zenpai Association began developing something new.
The Command Vox Axe
The result became Parra’s new signature equipment:
Command Vox Axe
A weaponized evolution of the original ZA Command Megaphone.
Part:
battle axe.
Part:
speaker system.
Part:
Resonance amplifier.
And completely:
Parra.
The weapon uses a long reinforced shaft built for battlefield movement and leverage.
Its head resembles an aggressive, stylized speakerphone.
One side forms a reinforced axe edge.
The center contains a powerful broadcast chamber capable of focusing Parra’s voice and Resonance.
Blue energy indicators run throughout the speaker assembly.
Control switches sit within reach of the grip.
The entire weapon functions as:
a command center she can swing at somebody.
Sienna approved immediately.
Vivienne had questions.
Kai asked how much it cost.
Parra refused to tell him.
Why an Axe?
Parra did not choose an axe because she suddenly decided to become a berserker.
The shape serves several purposes.
A long handle gives her:
reach
leverage
directional control
a physical pointer for commands
a way to defend herself at close range
a stable platform for Resonance projection
And perhaps most importantly...
when Parra points the Vox Axe toward a location and yells:
“MOVE.”
nobody is confused about:
where.
Speaker Head
The most distinctive part of the Command Vox Axe is its large:
Vox Speaker Head.
The speaker chamber amplifies and shapes Command Resonance.
Parra can rotate or angle the weapon to direct sound toward:
a single target,
a squad,
an entire corridor,
an approaching group,
or allies located across a battlefield.
Instead of broadcasting everything around her...
the Vox Axe allows her to turn her voice into:
precision.
Directive Strike
The axe’s physical edge can be used normally.
Parra is not Sienna.
She does not pretend to be.
But when someone enters close range...
Parra is perfectly capable of defending herself.
A:
Directive Strike
combines a physical axe swing with a concentrated burst of Command Resonance.
The impact can:
stagger,
disorient,
interrupt,
or throw an opponent off balance.
The physical strike hurts.
The sonic burst arriving at nearly the same moment usually makes the experience significantly worse.
Resonance Burst
By turning the Vox Speaker directly toward a target, Parra can release a concentrated directional Pulse.
Unlike her broader vocal Pulse...
Resonance Burst
focuses most of the energy into a narrower area.
That means Parra can clear:
doorways,
hallways,
defensive positions,
or enemies pressing too close to her team
without blasting everyone nearby.
Sienna has described this as:
“the angry hallway button.”
Parra has asked her to stop calling it that.
Sienna has not.
Command Line
Parra can also use the Vox Axe almost like:
a conductor’s staff.
She points.
Commands.
Redirects.
Marks positions.
And visually guides allies through chaotic environments.
During large-scale operations, the weapon becomes part of how the team reads Parra’s intentions.
One direction means:
advance.
Another means:
regroup.
A downward motion might signal:
brace.
A raised weapon combined with:
“NOW!”
usually means something very important is about to happen.
The Tactical Command Visor
Parra’s familiar ZA visor has also evolved into functional field equipment.
The:
Tactical Command Visor
can display:
team positions
mission objectives
route data
communications status
environmental warnings
threat markers
timing windows
emergency extraction routes
It does not make Parra a strategist.
She was already one.
It simply gives her more information to complain about when someone goes somewhere they were specifically told not to go.
Sienna.
Field Commander Uniform
Parra’s original operations uniform was designed primarily around communication and administrative work.
Her field uniform keeps the same recognizable:
black
royal blue
white
ZA identity...
but is built for movement.
The design remains fitted and recognizable as Parra.
But now includes:
reinforced tactical fabrics,
light forearm protection,
a communications belt,
protective combat boots,
a mobility-focused lower uniform,
and integration points for her visor and Vox Axe.
She still looks like:
The Coordinator.
Just one prepared for the possibility that coordination may eventually require:
hitting something.
How She Became Scream Queen
The name:
Scream Queen
began during a field emergency.
Several teams became separated across a large unstable area.
Normal communications failed.
Routes began closing.
Groups were moving without knowing what the others were doing.
What started as a difficult operation was quickly becoming a disaster.
Parra climbed onto the highest point she could reach...
and started issuing instructions.
One team heard her.
Then another.
Then another.
Her voice carried through the entire area, cutting across interference and confusion until every separated group was moving under:
one coordinated plan.
Parra kept calling commands until everyone was accounted for.
And everyone made it out.
Later, one exhausted runner joked that Parra had screamed loudly enough to coordinate the entire world.
Another person laughed and called her:
“The Scream Queen.”
Parra hated it.
For approximately:
three days.
Then she started answering to it.
Micromanager
The second alias took considerably less time to earn.
Parra notices details.
All of them.
Departure times.
Equipment checks.
Communication intervals.
Route changes.
Missing paperwork.
Backup plans.
Backup plans for backup plans.
Who checked the equipment.
Who forgot to check the equipment.
Who claimed they checked the equipment when Parra can clearly see:
they did not.
Eventually, somebody muttered:
“Micromanager.”
Parra heard them.
Of course she did.
The name spread almost immediately.
Parra insists she does not micromanage.
According to her, she merely:
“Prevents avoidable problems caused by people refusing to follow perfectly reasonable instructions.”
Nobody has successfully argued against this without receiving:
additional instructions.
Finding Zenpai Association
As Zenpai Association grew, its operations became increasingly complicated.
Collectors and artifacts were moving between unusual locations.
Sienna Canyon was accepting increasingly dangerous retrieval assignments.
Vivienne Vale was cataloging items from worlds operating under completely different rules.
Akai was appearing wherever curiosity happened to take her.
And eventually...
the Association reached a point where improvisation alone was no longer enough.
It needed:
structure,
communication,
emergency protocols,
transport schedules,
field coordination,
and someone capable of keeping track of several moving pieces without forgetting the people attached to them.
Parra was recruited.
She accepted.
Then immediately started reorganizing things.
Schedules appeared.
Communication protocols appeared.
Equipment checklists appeared.
Emergency procedures appeared.
Sienna became irritated.
Vivienne became impressed.
Akai attempted to eat a checklist.
Zenpai Association had found:
The Coordinator.
Field Commander of Zenpai Association
Parra’s position eventually expanded far beyond operations management.
Today, she serves as the Association’s:
Operations & Field Communications Director.
And during dangerous missions:
Field Commander.
Her responsibilities include:
Mission planning
Cross-world coordination
Emergency response
Battlefield communications
Team positioning
Extraction planning
Transport windows
Threat response
Operational contingencies
Keeping Sienna from interpreting “optional route” too creatively
Parra is the person turning incomplete information into:
something everyone can actually do.
The Team Parra Somehow Has to Coordinate
Parra is exceptionally good at organizing missions.
What she did not anticipate was discovering that every member of Zenpai Association requires:
an entirely different management strategy.
There is no universal:
Parra Loph Method.
Sienna ignores plans differently than Kai ignores plans.
Akai does not understand why plans exist.
Vivienne may be the only person Parra has ever met who occasionally produces:
more documentation than she does.
Parra has adapted.
Mostly.
Parra & Akai
Parra cares deeply about Akai.
This is unfortunate for:
Parra’s blood pressure.
Akai treats instructions as suggestions.
Parra does not.
If Parra says:
“Akai, stay here.”
Akai hears:
“Wait until Parra turns around.”
If Parra says:
“Do not touch the Command Vox Axe.”
Akai hears:
“There must be something extremely interesting about the Command Vox Axe.”
Parra has shouted:
“AKAI. DOWN.”
more times than almost any other command in her career.
Akai thinks this is a game.
Parra insists:
it is not.
Mostly.
The Vox Axe Problem
The old megaphone fascinated Akai.
The Command Vox Axe is:
significantly worse.
It has:
buttons,
lights,
switches,
a speaker,
a glowing core,
and a weapon head.
To Akai...
this means:
everything about it is interesting.
She has attempted to:
press the controls,
speak into the speaker,
hang from the shaft,
sleep beside it,
and investigate whether the axe head makes different noises when tapped.
Parra has officially forbidden Akai from touching the Vox Axe.
Nobody expects this rule to survive.
Parra’s Soft Spot
There is also one extremely unfair rule inside Operations.
If Kai falls asleep during a briefing?
Parra is furious.
If Akai falls asleep during a briefing?
Parra quietly puts something soft beneath her head.
Then complains that Akai slept through the briefing.
Nobody is permitted to point out the hypocrisy.
Especially:
Kai.
Parra & Sienna Canyon
If Parra represents planning...
Sienna represents:
“It’ll probably be fine.”
Their working relationship has become legendary throughout the Association.
Parra creates detailed mission plans.
Sienna skims them.
Parra establishes communication intervals.
Sienna forgets them.
Parra asks for route confirmation.
Sienna answers:
“I know where I’m going.”
Parra:
“THAT WAS NOT THE QUESTION.”
And then there are the five words Parra has grown to despise:
“Relax. I’ve got it.”
Parra may explain:
unstable terrain,
patrol patterns,
escape routes,
environmental hazards,
communication windows,
and emergency contingencies.
Sienna:
“Relax. I’ve got it.”
Parra:
“THAT DOESN’T ADDRESS ANYTHING I JUST SAID.”
The Brawler and The Commander
Sienna’s evolution into Zenpai Association’s dedicated:
Brawler / Retrieval Specialist
has made Parra’s job both easier...
and much more stressful.
Sienna is now better equipped for situations Parra would strongly prefer she avoid.
Gold-plated gauntlets.
Reinforced combat boots.
Frontline capability.
According to Sienna...
this means dangerous routes are:
more reasonable now.
According to Parra...
that is not how risk assessment works.
Why Parra Worries About Sienna
Their arguments are funny until Sienna misses a check-in.
Then Parra changes.
Sharper.
More focused.
More serious.
Because underneath the irritation is something Sienna understands perfectly well:
Parra worries about her.
Sienna takes dangerous assignments willingly.
Sometimes too willingly.
Parra knows how capable she is.
She also knows capable people can still disappear.
So when Sienna finally walks back through the doors and Parra immediately begins yelling about four missed check-ins...
the yelling is not really about procedure.
It is Parra’s way of saying:
You scared me.
Sienna knows.
She simply refuses to make things easy.
Parra & Vivienne Vale
Vivienne Vale may be the closest thing Parra has to:
an organizational soulmate.
Vivienne reads reports.
Vivienne labels things.
Vivienne prepares ahead of time.
Vivienne remembers details.
Vivienne once entered a meeting and told Parra:
“I reviewed the materials beforehand.”
Parra stared at her.
Then asked her to repeat herself.
Vivienne thought something was wrong.
Compared with the rest of the Association...
something was.
Order Meets Order
Their similarities do not mean they always agree.
They simply argue differently.
Parra cares most about:
What happens next.
Vivienne cares about:
What happened, and why.
Parra wants the mission complete.
Vivienne wants the record complete.
Parra:
“We can document it when everyone gets back.”
Vivienne:
“People forget details when they document afterward.”
Parra:
“People cannot document anything if they do not get back.”
Both are correct.
Both know they are correct.
Their disagreements are usually calm, precise, and somehow more intimidating than Sienna and Parra shouting across Operations.
Kai and Sienna have both learned that when Vivienne and Parra start discussing procedure...
do not get involved.
The Quiet Break Room
Vivienne may also be one of the only people Parra can sit beside without needing to fill the silence.
After particularly long operations, they can occasionally be found sitting together with drinks while reviewing separate documents.
No yelling.
No emergency.
No arguments.
Just quiet.
Then Kai enters asking whether either of them has five dollars.
And the moment is over.
Parra & Kai En
Kai En may be Parra Loph’s greatest professional challenge.
Not because he is incompetent.
That would almost be easier.
Kai is naturally talented.
Excellent at infiltration.
Quick-thinking.
Persuasive.
Resourceful.
Good at adapting when everything goes wrong.
And fully aware of all of this.
Which means he has developed the horrible belief that preparation is:
optional
if you are talented enough.
Parra considers this philosophy:
offensive.
Sleeping Through the Briefing
Kai has fallen asleep during:
Mission announcements
Route planning
Safety procedures
Emergency drills
Inventory briefings
Parra explaining why falling asleep during briefings is unacceptable
That final one has happened more than once.
On one particularly memorable occasion, Parra spent nearly twenty minutes explaining an infiltration plan.
Entrances.
Exit routes.
Communication signals.
Contingencies.
Restricted areas.
Security rotations.
Then she noticed something.
Kai had been asleep with his arms folded for almost the entire briefing.
Parra stopped speaking.
Vivienne looked over.
Sienna immediately realized what had happened.
Akai tilted her head.
Nobody said anything.
Several seconds later...
Kai woke up.
Looked around the room.
Then asked:
“Are we done?”
Sienna had to leave the room because she started laughing.
Vivienne covered her face.
Akai thought something exciting was happening.
Parra slowly reached for:
the Command Vox Axe.
“KAI EN.”
The Vox Speaker activated.
Parra pointed the weapon directly toward him.
“KAI EN.”
Kai nearly fell out of his chair.
Parra continued the briefing afterward as if absolutely nothing had happened.
Kai has argued ever since that using a battlefield command weapon to wake somebody from a nap was:
unnecessary.
Nobody else agrees.
The Worst Part About Kai
Kai frequently succeeds anyway.
That is what truly drives Parra insane.
If he constantly failed...
she could prove her point.
Instead, Kai sleeps through half the briefing, arrives late, improvises the infiltration route, negotiates with someone Parra specifically told him not to speak to...
and somehow returns with what the Association needed.
Parra:
“You slept through the mission briefing.”
Kai:
“I heard the important parts.”
Parra:
“You were unconscious.”
Kai:
“Selective listening.”
Parra:
“THAT IS NOT LISTENING.”
Kane, Kai, and Cheapo
Parra generally calls him:
Kai
when everything is professional.
She uses:
Kane
when her patience is beginning to disappear.
If Parra calls him:
“CHEAPO.”
money has become involved.
Kai once attempted to negotiate his own mission budget downward.
Parra was briefly impressed.
Then Kai asked whether he could personally keep whatever money remained.
The admiration ended immediately.
Why Parra Still Trusts Him
As much as Kai frustrates her, Parra recognizes something important about him:
He adapts.
Parra prepares for everything she can predict.
Kai becomes valuable when something appears that nobody predicted.
When a plan collapses...
Kai rarely freezes.
He improvises.
Negotiates.
Finds another entrance.
Talks his way through a confrontation.
Locates the shortcut nobody noticed.
And occasionally:
“borrows”
something that turns out to be useful later.
Parra dislikes his methods.
She does not dislike his results.
Kai believes this means Parra secretly likes working with him.
Parra refuses to comment.
Parra in Combat
Parra is not Zenpai Association’s strongest physical fighter.
She knows that.
She does not care.
Combat is not only about:
strength,
speed,
or who swings the largest weapon.
It is about:
information.
Position.
Timing.
Communication.
Coordination.
Knowing when Sienna should attack.
Knowing when Kai should move.
Knowing what Vivienne just discovered.
Knowing when Akai needs to reinforce somebody.
And recognizing when the entire team needs to:
GET OUT.
Parra fights by turning five independent people into:
one coordinated unit.
The Command Vox Axe in Battle
Parra uses the Vox Axe as an extension of that philosophy.
She can stand behind the frontline and direct.
But if the frontline collapses?
She steps forward.
The axe allows her to:
block,
strike,
push opponents back,
channel Resonance,
and physically mark positions.
She does not need to defeat every enemy herself.
She needs to create the opening that lets:
the team win.
That is what makes the weapon hers.
Why She Pushes So Hard
People unfamiliar with Parra sometimes assume she enjoys telling everyone what to do.
That is not really true.
What Parra enjoys is:
knowing everyone is safe.
Her obsession with planning comes from responsibility.
If someone is depending on her, she wants to have already considered everything that could go wrong.
That can make her:
demanding,
impatient,
controlling,
exhausting.
But it also means Parra rarely stops paying attention when someone else’s safety is involved.
If she is yelling...
there is usually a reason.
Sometimes that reason is serious.
Sometimes the reason is Sienna.
Sometimes the reason is Kai sleeping.
And sometimes...
Akai has found the Command Vox Axe.
Small Mistakes Become Big Problems
Parra has seen what happens when small mistakes are ignored.
One missed message.
One unchecked route.
One person assuming someone else handled something.
One emergency plan nobody bothered to read.
Those little failures can multiply:
fast.
That is why she pushes.
To Parra, preparedness is not about controlling everyone around her.
It is about giving them the best possible chance of:
coming back.
She would rather be called annoying than careless.
She would rather repeat herself than assume someone understood.
And she would rather prepare for ten disasters that never happen...
than ignore the one that does.
Parra’s Philosophy
Parra lives by one simple rule:
“A good plan gets everyone moving. A great plan gets everyone home.”
She does not need a mission to look elegant.
She needs:
it to work.
What Parra Loves
Parra is happiest around:
Organized schedules
Working radios
Clear objectives
Completed checklists
Successful operations
Reliable teammates
Competition
People answering their comms the first time
People staying awake through the briefing
A fully charged Command Vox Axe
A plan surviving contact with reality
That final one is rare.
She appreciates it deeply.
What Parra Cannot Stand
There are several phrases guaranteed to irritate her:
“I forgot.”
“I thought someone else did it.”
“We don’t need a backup plan.”
“My radio was off.”
“I’ll figure it out.”
“Relax. I’ve got it.”
“Can you repeat everything? I fell asleep.”
And the most terrifying phrase of all:
“Akai has the Vox Axe.”
That one triggers:
immediate emergency response.
The Team Meeting
A normal Zenpai Association briefing frequently goes something like this:
Parra stands at the front of Operations beside the mission board.
The Command Vox Axe rests nearby.
“Everyone pay attention.”
Vivienne already has the documents open.
Sienna is listening while pretending she isn’t.
Akai is sitting somewhere she was specifically told not to sit.
Kai is asleep.
Parra continues talking.
Then stops.
Sienna notices.
Vivienne notices.
Akai notices.
Kai does not notice.
Because he is asleep.
Parra stares at him.
Sienna:
“Don’t.”
Vivienne:
“Perhaps we should wake him normally.”
Parra reaches toward the Vox Axe.
Sienna starts laughing before anything even happens.
The speaker chamber powers on.
“KAI EN.”
Kai nearly falls out of the chair.
Akai jumps excitedly.
Sienna is losing it.
Vivienne covers her face.
Kai:
“I was listening.”
Parra:
“YOU WERE SNORING.”
Kai:
“That doesn’t mean I wasn’t listening.”
Parra stares at him.
Then calmly returns to the mission board.
“As I was saying...”
And somehow...
these are the people responsible for keeping Zenpai Association functioning.
Which probably explains a lot.
More Than an Organizer
Parra’s responsibility extends far beyond planning field missions.
She coordinates the moving pieces of:
Zenpai Association itself.
Inventory routes.
Collector events.
Arcade activities.
Emergency response.
Field teams.
Transport windows.
Cross-world access.
Communications.
Special operations.
Combat deployments.
She knows Sienna might abandon the route if her instincts tell her something is wrong.
She knows Kai might sleep through half the explanation but adapt brilliantly when the unexpected happens.
She knows Vivienne will notice details everyone else missed.
She knows Akai will inevitably find something nobody planned for.
Parra accounts for all of it.
Because coordination is not about forcing everyone to behave the same way.
It is about understanding how different people work well enough to make them:
function together.
The Core Five
Parra does not need Sienna to stop being fearless.
She needs Sienna to know:
where the emergency exit is.
She does not need Vivienne to stop documenting.
She needs Vivienne’s information:
before the next mission begins.
She does not need Kai to become perfectly disciplined.
Although she would:
really appreciate it.
She needs Kai to be Kai when the plan finally encounters something Parra could not predict.
And Akai?
Parra has accepted that no plan may ever completely account for Akai.
She keeps trying anyway.
The Coordinator of Zenpai Association
Akai follows curiosity.
Sienna follows the prize.
Vivienne follows the truth.
Kai follows the opportunity.
Parra follows:
the plan.
Someone has to know where everyone is.
Someone has to know what comes next.
Someone has to notice when a team stops answering.
Someone has to remember the backup route.
Someone has to decide when the fight is no longer worth continuing.
Someone has to make sure the people who leave Zenpai Association eventually walk back through its doors.
Parra complains about them constantly.
She yells at them.
Corrects them.
Schedules them.
Tracks them.
Wakes Kai up.
Chases Akai away from the Vox Axe.
Argues with Sienna about radio check-ins.
Debates procedure with Vivienne.
And underneath every checklist...
every battlefield command...
every broadcast...
every swing of the Command Vox Axe...
and every frustrated:
“WERE ANY OF YOU LISTENING?!”
is the real reason she does any of it.
They are:
her team.
And Parra intends to bring:
all of them home.
The Coordinator
Parra Loph began with a voice that carried farther than it should.
Then came the plans.
The schedules.
The radios.
The megaphone.
The battlefield.
And eventually...
the Command Vox Axe.
A weapon built for the woman who discovered that sometimes giving orders from the back is not enough.
Sometimes the Coordinator has to:
step forward.
She will still plan.
Still yell.
Still check the radios.
Still tell Sienna to stop improvising.
Still tell Kai to wake up.
Still tell Akai:
“DO NOT TOUCH THAT.”
And when everything finally goes wrong anyway...
Parra will tighten her grip on the Vox Axe.
Look at the team.
And tell them exactly what happens next.
Stay focused.
Stay connected.
Get everyone home.
